This workshop marks Prof. Sebastian Cotofana’s first presentation in the UAE, bringing his extensive expertise to the region for an unparalleled educational experience. The program will feature hands-on dissection on 20 imported cadavers, providing a comprehensive and immersive learning opportunity.

Led by Prof. Sebastian Cotofana, the workshop will focus on anatomy, blending intricate dissection and injection techniques. It promises a hands-on learning environment that delves into both basic and clinically applied anatomical concepts.

At the helm of the workshop is Prof. Sebastian Cotofana, M.D., Ph.D., Ph.D., a distinguished trauma surgeon and professor of anatomy based in the United States. Prof. Cotofana is an honorary professor at Pirogov University in Moscow, Russia, and holds visiting professorships at the University of Belgrade, Serbia, and Queen Mary University in London, England. He is a member of the Department of Dermatology at Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and the Centre for Cutaneous Research at the Blizard Institute, Queen Mary University of London.

Prof. Cotofana is renowned for teaching basic and clinically applied anatomy to allied healthcare professionals worldwide, with a research focus on the applied clinical and functional anatomy of the face related to surgical and non-surgical treatments. His illustrious career includes the publication of over 250 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and online communications.
