Dr. Franco Rongioletti is a highly accomplished dermatologist with an extensive career in clinical research, dermatopathology, and the treatment of rare and new diseases. He is currently a Professor at the University Vita-Salute S.Raffaele of Milan, where he also serves as Director of the Unità Operativa Universitaria-Ospedaliera di Dermatologia and Director of the Medical School of Specialization in Dermatology.
Dr. Rongioletti is a board-certified dermatologist and venereologist, anatomic pathologist, and tropical dermatologist. He has authored over 373 articles on MEDLINE and 415 articles on Scopus, with a Scopus H Index of 42 and 7,228 citations. He is also an Associate Editor of the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and an Editor of the Special session: “COVID-19: Important Updates and Developments” in Clinics in Dermatology.
He is a member of numerous international dermatological societies and has received honorary membership from several European dermatological societies.
